hi there! may here.. I'm currently working in a call center for 2 years and 7 months...and right now I'm not enjoying it. On my first year on my current job I'm still enjoying it because i receive a salary more than what i expected I can even buy the things that i don't really need. but recently i just realize that for almost 3 years I'm depriving my self working on night and try to talk to those people who doesn't respect you because of your colors as well as your accent... but not all of them but a lot of them is like when they heard that your different from their race whey will ask if they can speak to another person of the same race... not thinking that Filipinos are very smart people, we think out of the box we are very empathetic, and sympathetic. we are very patience.. and we know how to listen.
One thing that i like to my job is I learned to practice my patience and valued the time that we have because in a call center every second counts because that how they paid us..
